Peanut & Raspberry Energy Balls

  • 180 ml (¾ cup) raspberries 
  • 410 ml (1 ⅔ cup) quick rolledoats
  • 125 ml (½ cup) textured vegetableprotein
  • 80 ml (⅓ cup) peanut butter 
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) chia seeds 
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) honey 
  • 250 ml (1 cup) VERIFRUITchocolate raspberries
  • A pinch of salt

PREPARATION

Place raspberries in a large bowl. Use a blender attachment to puree them.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Use your hands to make 16 balls, the size of ping-pong balls. Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
