Yogurt Bark with Pistachios, Green apples & Chocolate Blueberries

  • 325 ml (1 ½ cups) plain Greek yogurt 
  • 20 ml (4 teaspoons) maple syrup
  • Half a green apple , thinly sliced 
  • 125 ml (½ cup) Verifruit chocolate-covered blueberries
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) chopped pistachios 
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) melted dark chocolate
  • A pinch of fleur de sel

  1. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. Place Greek yogurt and maple syrup in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Using a spatula, spread the yogurt onto the baking sheet. Garnish with apples, Verifruit chocolate blueberries and pistachios.
  4. Dip a spoon into the melted chocolate. Gently slide the chocolate off the back of the spoon, creating a chocolate coulis over the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle with fleur de sel and place in the freezer.
