Yogurt Bark with Pistachios, Green apples & Chocolate Blueberries
325 ml (1 ½ cups) plain Greek yogurt
20 ml (4 teaspoons) maple syrup
Half a green apple , thinly sliced
125 ml (½ cup) Verifruit chocolate-covered blueberries
30 ml (2 tablespoons) chopped pistachios
15 ml (1 tablespoon) melted dark chocolate
A pinch of fleur de sel

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Place Greek yogurt and maple syrup in a bowl. Mix well.
Using a spatula, spread the yogurt onto the baking sheet. Garnish with apples, Verifruit chocolate blueberries and pistachios.
Dip a spoon into the melted chocolate. Gently slide the chocolate off the back of the spoon, creating a chocolate coulis over the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle with fleur de sel and place in the freezer.
